Invoice
The installer invoices you directly, pre-filled from the job, and you pay within 14 or 30 days. Signborn sends a separate fee invoice. No money runs through Signborn.
The five best-matching installers get a notification, ranked on seven factors with fixed weights. Matching with new installers opens region by region. Until then, your job reaches your own network and approved installers nearby.

Own network

Always free, also after the official launch. Already works now, in every region.
For an installer from your own network you pay Signborn nothing. No percentage, no flat fee, also after the official launch. A match from the Signborn network costs 8%, minimum €15 and maximum €150. Own network means you already worked with them before your first contact through Signborn. Did you get to know them through Signborn? Then the match rate applies for the first twelve months. The installer never pays for the introduction.
Installers who already worked for you before your first contact through Signborn fall outside the non-circumvention clause in the platform agreement. So bringing your own network costs you nothing extra.
Frequently asked questions
Why would I use Signborn for people I already know?
You don't need Signborn for the contact. You already have that. On Signborn you get what comes after the phone call: the job sheet signed off on site, handover photos with location and time, a handover report for your client, an invoice that's ready to go and reminders when payment is late. That is the work that now happens in WhatsApp and on scraps of paper. With your own sign installers it is always free, with no subscription. Signborn only earns something when you find a new sign installer through Signborn.
Does my sign installer pay anything for Signborn?
No. The Signborn fee is for the client. An installer never pays for the introduction. They set their own rate and send you their own invoice directly.
Can I combine my own network with the open market?
Yes. You choose per job: only your own network, or everyone on Signborn who fits. Choose everyone? Then your own installers respond too, and they appear at the top of the list of responses.
Is this a staffing or secondment arrangement?
No. For each job you make an agreement directly with a self-employed sign installer. They set their own rate and work with their own KvK registration, their own insurance and their own tools. Signborn doesn't supply anyone, and Signborn doesn't manage or supervise anyone.
